The hotel's location was very secluded and peaceful, which was perfect for a holiday getaway. The hotel also provided taxis for our convenience, which was great. Another advantage was the availability of a wedding party on site during our stay.
The staff at the hotel was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. They were not willing to answer any of our questions and provided misleading information about the taxis available on the premises.

The location was advertised as having taxis available, which was convenient for us. during our stay, we were left stranded multiple times and the receptionist did not help us at all. Rooms were clean but noisy due to a wedding party that lasted until 2am.
The staff were unprofessional and unresponsive to our questions and concerns.

This hotel is a perfect retreat for a luxurious getaway. the grand swimming pool and well-maintained garden area make for an exclusive experience. the rooms are equipped with modern, lavish amenities and offer a sense of privacy in a serene ambiance. the restaurant provides a gastronomical experience and the standard of service is impeccable.
The service at the reception was substandard. the staff seemed aloof and unresponsive while we had queries about transport.
